The reason for my review is it a very excited about ordering my new scooter it's available for Malibu 150cc scooter and I saved up all my money and I'm putting trust in God and and into this company
I just started placing my order the day before yesterday and it read all these bad reviews,some Just disgraceful ignorant and mean crap goin ons... but when I did all the paperwork and witha Sylvia in customer service I found she was extremely helpful u l and very patient unlike some people reviewed and she treated me very well and I'm going to have faith that since I've been doing to others as I'd to myself,and living, doing right by others that I'm going to get my brand new , spanking new black matte black and red 150 Malibu scooter is it going to show up in pristine condition and I have faith in God is doing right by others,I had run into some issues gathering up my savings and transferring funds..that I only placed my order , but I didn't pay for it yet..
I'm going to do it tomorrow.Sylvia definately did right in representing the good parts of the reviews about this company and treated me very well so I'm just hoping they'll hold up to good standards,and I know that those who do right to others,as we'd have done to ourselves do indeed get God's grace and blessings,and to do right by others is the only way we should all live,and we,our world would be a much better place to live..so start today,and I assure you,God's blessings will come abundantly..but in His time and will,not Ours.. I'll talk to you tomorrow Sylvia,so I may pay and.when I'm finished with ordered,my brand spanking new 150cc Malibu Scooter dual headlamps and upgraded motor/parts and exhaust that was spectacularly found by Ms.Sylvia in black, hopefully matte black, with red we will all look back and say,faith without works is dead..and vvvvrrrroom,my delivery truck will appear and my blessing will be a mint,in excellent condition lil racer will appear..so,yall hang tight &;;;;;in BOUT 5-7 days ,ill finish my REVIEW WITH TWO THUMBS UP AND SOME GORGEOUS PHOTOS,UNTIL THEN,MAY GOD bless you and yours,Ronnie Donnamario

Preferred solution: I need my item or a refund. After getting treated poorly and then getting absolutely no help, your team should be ashamed of yourselves with the way you treat customers and then try to blame the customers. There is a history of your company doing this.

Demolished motorcycle
I bought five tbr7 motorcycles one came that was very damaged I have been fighting with them to send me a new bike . no they have been sending me this part and that part once in a while some of the parts I told them were damaged with pictures sent to them of the damage I think that the forks/frame could be bent but them looking at pictures say no they said they would give me a hundred dollars back for my inconvenience . I have spent about seven hours tearing this bike apart and I still dont have all the parts to put it back together I received the bikes on 3/12/19 it is now 5/9/19 I spent six thousand dollars with this company very unhappy I also bought and paid for shipping insurance from Q9 but when tried to ask the trucking company they have no record of me having shipping insurance so Q9 kept that money and I never got the insurance I paid for and they say this is an a+bbb accredited company so much for better business guess we cant count on their opinion.

A + Rating with the BBB because the BBB doesn't do anything about complaints to your business! I ordered a Go cart from you and dispite you sayuing it would be delivered in 4-8 business days it took 29 business days thats a Month and a half including weekends!!
When I called to ask no one could help, they would say they would call back and never would. I finally get the machine and it has how many busted/damaged parts! I call your company and get nothing. I finally call the BBB and that gets you to send me replacement parts but no compensation for me as I had to install them all!
The BBB just closed out the issue even though I wasn't satisfied and you still get to claim your A+ BBB accredited. Thats BS!
